front desk staff were extremely helpful with dinner reservations/recommendations!! the fee (10 euros per person) to use the pool and sauna was exhorbitant. There should only have been a fee for massage services, not core swimming pool access and/or access to the sauna, locker rooms etc. |

Hotel identique a beaucoup d'hotel en espagne dans la globalité de cette categorie d hotel Le spa hors de prix par rapport aux prestations, piscine minuscule (on mage a deux personnes), disponible à certaines heures, et pour un nombre d'heures limités, dans d'autres hotels ce genre de spa offre la gratuité pour ce genre de prestations. Le spa était un critere de selection dans mon choix, je suis decue. A signaler hotel surchauffé voir irespirable, il faut dormir la fenetre ouvert |

La situación Por 3 veces advertí a recepcion que la habitación no tenia calefacción, con el exterior a 0ª, en 6 de Noviembre. No hubo respuesta alguna y estuve congelado toda la noche. La calefacción un desastre. El personal pasa olímpicamente. Unos radiadores quemando y otros helados. El mantenimiento brilló por su ausencia. Nunca había tenido una experiencia así. Imagino que no seré yo solo. |
