The kindness of the staff and the position of the Hotel in the town

In the room I suffered on account of a smell coming from the bath-room, a kind of mustiness and the smell of maybe former smoking visitors

Good location, quiet rooms, relatively good value for money

The location which was close to the underground station and on a back street and the double gaze windows

The fact that we could hear the door bell day and night whenever someone was entering the hotel. There was a funny smell in the building, and the room was rather small.
